Indian Chicken Jalfrezi (To serve 2 persons)

| Indian Chicken Jalfrezi |
Ingredients:

| 2 diced Chicken breast | 2 切成块的鸡胸肉 |
| 1 small Onion finely chopped | 1 小洋葱切碎 |
| 1 cloves of Garlic finely chopped | 1 瓣大蒜切碎 |
| 2 red Chili sliced | 2 切片红辣椒 |
| Small handful of fresh Coriander | 小束香菜 |
| 1 tin chopped Tomato | 1 罐番茄酱 |
| Half a pint of Water | 半品脱的水 |
| 2 tablespoons of fresh Freddie Jalfrezi Paste | 2 汤匙Jalfrezi Paste |
| Oil for frying | 食用油 |
| Salt and Pepper | 椒盐 |

| Jalfrezi Paste |
 |
| Coriander |
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan or wok and gently fry the Onions, Garlic and fresh Chili then add the Fresh Freddies Jalfrezi Paste and cook till fragrant.
2. Add in diced Chicken breast and stir until cooked through.
3. Add in chopped Tomatoes along with the Water and gently stir and simmer for 30 minutes or until the sauce has thickened, stir in the chopped Coriander and season to taste.
4. You can also add in some fresh Tomato sedge at this point.
