Indian Chicken Tikka Masala (To serve 2 persons)


Chicken Tikka Masala


Ingredients:
3 diced Chicken breast 3 切成块的鸡胸肉
1 small Onion  1 小洋葱
2 cloves of Garlic  2 瓣大蒜
2 red Chili sliced  2 切片红辣椒
Half pint of fresh Cream or natural Yogurt 半品脱鲜奶油或优格                    
1 tablespoon Tomato Puree  1 汤匙番茄酱
2 tablespoon of Fresh Freddies Tikka Paste  2 汤匙Tikka Paste 
Small bunch of Coriander 小束香菜
Oil for frying 食用油
Salt and Pepper 椒盐

Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a saucepan or wok, gently fry Onion, Garlic and sliced Chili until soft, stir in the Fresh Freddies Tikka Paste and cook until fragrant.
2. Add Chicken and stir until cooked through, next add the Tomato Puree.
3. Stir in the fresh Cream or Yogurt and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
4. Add the Coriander and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste.
